Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

Frogift provides international shipping services directly from our China warehouse to the following regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau of China. We currently do not support shipping to other countries or regions.
Note: Delivery within the United States does not include remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, or addresses outside of Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses are also not included.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Customized gift items require an additional 1–2 weeks for production before shipment.

3. Shipping Time & Estimated Delivery

Standard international shipping delivery time for all supported regions is 6–12 business days after shipment delivery. The actual delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, peak seasons, local logistics delays, or public holidays, which are beyond our control.

4. Shipping Fee Standard

Free Shipping on Orders $70+, a $10 fee for orders below $70. 
Free shipping promotions will be clearly marked on product pages or homepage activities. All shipping costs are non-refundable once the parcel is dispatched.

5. Customs & Duties Notice

All international parcels are declared as personal gift items. Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer. Different countries have different duty-free thresholds; buyers shall bear all costs incurred by local customs inspection, tax collection, or parcel detention.

Frogift will fully cooperate with customs clearance procedures and provide relevant declaration documents when needed.

6. Shipment Rules & Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with an official tracking number. You can track the logistics status in real time on our website or the official logistics platform. We do not support designated logistics carriers.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

To ensure smooth customs clearance, we strictly follow international shipping regulations. Prohibited items include flammable, explosive, liquid, powder, prohibited magnetic products, and other contraband. Battery-containing products comply with UN38.3 international shipping standards and are only available for standard international channels.

8. Undeliverable & Abnormal Logistics

If the parcel is returned, detained, or undeliverable due to incorrect recipient information, buyer customs refusal, or local policy reasons, the resulting return freight and loss shall be borne by the buyer. We will assist in solving logistics problems within the scope of our responsibilities.

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are considered completed. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery. Please contact your local delivery provider to resolve your issue.

9. Shipping Exclusion

Frogift only provides cross-border delivery from China. We do not support local overseas warehouse delivery, local pick-up, or offline delivery services for the time being.
